  • Note: All training fees have been paid by Kids R Kids. There is no fee for any courses taken.

    During course assignment, all courses should "paid for" via subscriptions that you as a School Director will distribute to your Teachers (see "Assigning Subscriptions to Teachers" below for instructions).

    You will receive an email when your school director account has been created successfully which contains your login information.

    Your username will be your email address. (Ex: jdoe@kidsrkids.com)
    Your Password will be a randomly generated string. (Ex: abcd1234) We strongly urge you to change your password upon your first login; to do so, from the home page simply click on the edit password link (illustrated below).
    

    The first step to begin using your F.A.M.E. access is to go to the web site via the "Professional Development Login" section shown above. Here you will enter in your username and password. 

    • Click “Director Login” to perform administrative functions such as adding or editing teachers
    • Click “Teacher Login” to register for and take online professional development courses yourself. 

    Email Verification Process:

    Once logged in, you may be prompted to follow the initial email verification process.

    Under “Step One” there is a link that you need to click on.

    This will send you a validation key to the current email account we have on file. (Note: If you do not see the option to verify email please skip this step and go to the Adding Teachers section below.)

    Log in to your email account after clicking the verify email link and you should see a validation email from cfmail@cceionline.com.  Inside this email you will find a link to our terms and agreements.  Also there is a link within the email you will need to click in order to verify your email address. Clicking on the link verifies you have read and accept our terms and agreements. You will only need to do this once unless you update your email address.

  • Adding Teachers: [Click Here]
    
    • Once logged into our web site you will see links on the left hand side of the screen.
    • You can add teachers by clicking “Add Students” under “Student Administration:”
    • You will need to enter all the information marked with an *.
    • Please make sure that each teacher has a valid email account due to the email verification process.
    • Once you are finished entering all of the teacher’s info, click “Request Enrollment Now” at the bottom of the page. 
    • You will see: “Teacher Added Successfully”.
  • Assigning Subscriptions to Teachers: [Click Here]
    

    After you have added your teachers you will need to assign a subscription to them to allow them to take our professional development courses.

    • Click “Subscription Assignment Manager” which can be found on the left hand side of the web site.
    • The next screen will show you how many subscriptions your school has available.
    • You will see a list of teachers that are part of your school.  (to add more teachers see ‘Adding teachers’ above.)
    • You can assign a subscription to a teacher by clicking the “checkbox” next to their name and clicking “Submit”. You can check ONE or MORE teachers and click submit. Once a teacher has been assigned a subscription, the box will turn gray.
  • Registering for Courses: [Click Here]
    

    The last step is to register for courses.

    As the director you can sign the teacher up for courses or the teacher can sign themselves up.

    Note: Employees must be compensated for the time incurred to complete any courses that are directly assigned to them by their director. Courses completed on their own without a specific requirement to do so by their director are considered voluntary and therefore, not compensable.

    • To assign courses to the teacher click “View/Edit Student Courses” and then click “Search” which will give you a list of teachers enrolled in your school.
    • Select a person and click “Submit”.
    • You will then have a list of courses to select from.
    • You can add one course or multiple courses by clicking the “checkbox” next to the course on the page.
    • After you have selected the courses you want the teacher to take click submit at the bottom of the page.
    • Choose the “Apply To Subscription” option and click “Register”.
    • The teacher can now log in and click current courses to see the courses that have been assigned to them.
  • Teachers registering themselves: [Click Here]
    

    If the teacher wants to register for courses on their own, they will first need to log in to our web site.

    • Once logged in they will click “Register for Professional Development Courses” on the left hand side.
    • It will bring up a screen with all of our available courses.
    • Click the “checkbox” next to the course of choice and click ”Submit”.
    • Choose the “Apply To Subscription” option and click “Register”.
    • The teacher will now be able to take the course(s) selected under “Current Courses” in the left hand navigation menu (illustrated below).
      

      

    • After doing so, courses available will be displayed. Courses can be started and/or resumed by clicking the respective links (illustrated below).
