ChildCare Education Institute (CCEI), a nationally accredited institution dedicated to providing online training to the child care industry, is proud to announce an articulation agreement with Concordia University.
Effective immediately, students entering Concordia’s Bachelor of Arts – Child Develeopment (BA-CD) Online Degree Completion Program in the College of Education may transfer in a total of 120 – 150 hours of CCEI online training as elective credit requirements. Ten (10) hours of CCEI online training is equivalent to one (1) elective credit. At the time of application to Concordia’s BA-CD online program, applicants must submit an official certificate of completion and official transcript from CCEI.
“As education requirements for child care staff continue to increase, articulation agreements like this widen the opportunities available to teachers working to meet their annual job training requirements and educational goals, which increasingly include a college degree,” said Maria C. Taylor, President and CEO of CCEI.
CCEI graduates who are interested in articulating credit into Concordia University’s BA-CD Online Degree Completion Program should contact the Concordia University Office of Admissions at 1.800.333.4705. Students interested in enrolling in CCEI certificate programs or professional development courses should contact the CCEI Admissions Department at 1.800.499.9907.
