Testimonial Children of America

As an early education company, we knew we had a responsibility to our families, children, and staff to find a way for our team members to receive ongoing early education training. We knew we needed the training system that would be easily accessible as well as the training materials needed to be relevant to what we are doing every day in the classrooms and schools. We wanted our teachers and managers to have the knowledge they needed to provide our families and children with a great experience while attending Children of America.

As a company with over 60 locations in 12 states and over 1100 employees and growing we needed accessibility to multiple topics, an easy way to assign trainings to multiple people at once, individualize training plans, be able to track training completion, and be able to see firsthand the information that was being presented in the training. After months of research of multiple learning management systems, we became partners with CCEI in 2019.

Over the last three years our partnership with CCEI has been all that we hoped it would be. CCEI was as able to connect with our current system through our API, so our staff members have access to CCEI training materials within 24 hours of starting with Children of America. We have implemented our CDA program, a new employee orientation program, created Children of America company specific trainings all through our partnership with CCEI.

CCEI’s ongoing support, and communication is everything we have wanted in a learning management system, and we look forward to our continued partnership with CCEI for many years to come.
