Classroom Management
This course provides a range of strategies and practices for promoting appropriate behavior, positive social and emotional development, and a productive, effective learning environment. Strategies are designed mainly for grades preK-3 (ages 4 to 8) but most strategies are appropriate for work with any age group, grades preK-12.

But what does coding look like for very young children and how can it fit into a playful early childhood context? This course answers these questions by providing participants with an understanding of how to support young children’s (PreK-2nd grade) learning of coding and computational thinking through hands-on, playful, and creative ways. Participants will learn what coding is and how it can be used to support self-expression and creativity during the foundational early childhood years.

Individual Annual Subscription
For $99, a child care professional can purchase an Individual Annual Professional Development Subscription. The subscription allows unlimited access to CCEI’s professional development course catalog for the year of the subscription.
Child Care Center-Based Subscription
The Child Care Center-Based Annual Subscription is the most manageable, accessible and cost-effective method for a center to provide its staff with training to meet annual licensing professional development needs. CCEI offers two child care center-based subscriptions:
