Earn Your Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC)

CCEI’s Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) Certificate program of study is approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) to provide the required training elements to obtain the Florida staff credential. Florida Statutes state that a licensed child care facility must have a minimum of one credentialed staff member for every 20 children. In addition, the CCEI FCCPC Certificate program of study has been evaluated by the National College Credit Recommendation Service (National CCRS) and is recommended for 10 semester hours of articulation credit in Human/Child Development or Early Childhood Education in the lower division baccalaureate/associate degree category.
Upon successful completion of the CCEI Florida Child Care Professional Credential online program requirements, student information will be submitted to the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) for issuance of the credential.
Florida T.E.A.C.H. Scholarship
CCEI’s FCCPC Staff Credential, Renewal for Staff Credential, Renewal for National CDA certification, and Renewal for Director Credential are all recognized by the Florida DCF. Florida students enrolling in these programs may be eligible for T.E.A.C.H. scholarships to complete these programs. For information, click the link below.
