The following rules and regulations apply to the “CCEI’s Kick Off to Summer Outdoor Learning Activity Photo Contest” offered by Childcare Education Institute (“Sponsor”).
Contest Entry Period: The Contest entry period begins at 4:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, June 3, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, June 16, 2017.
Contest “Likes” Voting Period: The Contest “Likes” voting period begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on Saturday, June 17, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, June 30, 2017.
Entrants take full responsibility for acquiring proper photo release forms particularly before including children in photo submissions and acknowledge uploads guarantee Sponsor use of photographs for content marketing.
If you are announced as a winner, a representative with Childcare Education Institute will email you requesting your phone and mailing address to receive your prize. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, garbled, damaged, illegible or otherwise deficient or incompletely received for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in offer, administration of the award or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by tampering, unauthorized intervention or force majeure. Contest is open to legal residents of all 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, except employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Contest is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
Two (2) Winners will be announced on Facebook by 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, July 6, 2017. All decisions are final. Two winners will be selected based on the most Facebook likes to their Outdoor Learning Activity Photo and Description.
Prize: Two participants will be chosen to receive the prizes as stated above. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. By participating, entrants agree to these rules. Entrants are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to hold harmless Childcare Education Institute and any participating sponsors, and their parents, subsidiaries, divisions and related companies and the officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns and licensees (collectively the “Sponsors”) from any liability for losses, damages or injuries arising in connection with their participation in the Contest or the award of a prize. Prize Winners need not be present at time of drawing.
Sponsor is not responsible for problems related to downloading or uploading any Contest related information to or from the website or for any other technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, or other technical problems related to entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired, or should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Contest and the winners will be selected from among entries received prior to cancellation. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Income and other taxes, if any and all expenses not detailed in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winners. If an email address is provided on entry form with the “opt-in” option selected to receive future communications, entrant acknowledges that he/she 1) is over the age of 18 and 2) grants http://www.cceionline.edu permission to send them marketing messages.
